• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline.
• 4 years’ experience in employee relations or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience handling investigations; strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and HR partners on concerns and investigations.
• Conduct investigations and document findings per team guidelines.
• Partner with HR, Legal and other departments to resolve inquiries and investigations.
• Interpret policies, ensure consistent application, educate stakeholders as needed.
• Own assigned cases in case management or Ethics Hotline with timely documentation.
• Analyze trends in employee relations to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with HR Partners to foster positive employee relations climate.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
