Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to consult with managers and employees, investigate issues, and guide disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with policies and laws. The role partners with Legal and Labor Relations to resolve complex cases and reduce legal risk.

The position requires conducting thorough investigations, analyzing trends, and ensuring proactive, compliant HR support across operations. Travel up to 10% is expected within the region.

Aufgaben

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations and manage case administration in ServiceNow and Navex.
• Provide policy interpretation to supervisors/ managers on conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Operational Management/HRBPs/Labor/Legal to resolve complex Employee Relations scenarios.
• Deliver high-quality HR support through performance management and regulatory compliance.
