Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner within Transformation & Employment Practices to advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and organizational change across jurisdictions. This role collaborates with Legal, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to support governance and workforce transformation.

You will help ensure consistent employment standards, manage risk, and drive training on employment policies in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, employment practices, or related field.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and interpret global and regional employment-related policies and practices; partner with Legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor employment law changes and assess impacts on policies and processes.
Assist with State and Federal Reporting as needed.
Support audits and risk mitigation efforts, including SOX, ISO, and other compliance reviews.
Participate in workforce transformation initiatives and due diligence for mergers/acquisitions.
