Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner within the Transformation & Employment Practices team to advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, organizational change, and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.

You'll collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and leaders to ensure consistent employment standards, governance, and workforce transformation. This role emphasizes advisory support, governance, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or related HR field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development and employment compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and interpret global and regional employment policies.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess policy impacts.
• Assist with state and federal reporting as needed.
• Support audits and compliance programs (SOX, ISO).
• Participate in workforce transformation initiatives and due diligence.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements and communications.
• Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and business leaders on employee matters.
