Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and workforce transformation across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent employment standards.

Responsibilities include policy development, governance, and risk mitigation, with involvement in audits, background checks, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in employee relations, HR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Support policy development, interpretation, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impact on policies and processes.
• Assist with state and federal reporting as needed.
• Support audits and risk mitigation activities, including SOX/ISO where relevant.
• Participate in workforce transformation initiatives and due diligence for M&A.
