Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a book of business, prepare quotes, and liaise with carriers for assigned clients. The role involves negotiating pricing, interviewing clients, and implementing company policies tailored to each client’s needs.

The position emphasizes collaboration with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to optimize benefits solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits coverages, with emphasis on Self-funded, Level Funded, and Large Group relationships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with Employee Navigator, EPIC, or other agency management systems.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients and internal teams on compliance and regulatory policies.
• Oversee wellness strategy and programs for clients, with carrier incentives.
• Review open enrollment, changes, and annual cost projections for benefits.
• Support renewals and communications; provide learning resources for brokers.
• Assist with escalated client issues and coordinate with claims.
• Communicate changes per regulatory requirements to clients.
