Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our Small Group Employee Benefits team. This role focuses on strategic client consultation, relationship management, and leveraging technology to improve service delivery for mid-market clients.

The position emphasizes renewal negotiations, vendor selections, and opportunities to cross-sell across benefits products. A proactive, tech-enabled approach helps clients manage their health and life benefits more effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration is required.
• Health and Life Insurance state license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships across the book of business.
• Lead data-driven campaigns and coordinated communication to drive engagement and retention.
• Identify opportunities for growth and cross-sell across carriers and products.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance and partners to improve service delivery.
• Support enrollment workflows and renewal negotiations with clients and carriers.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and self-service capabilities to enhance client value.
