Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a book of business, quote policies, and liaison with carriers for assigned clients. You will interact with clients and teams to craft coverage and cost strategies, negotiate pricing, and implement company policies for each client.

The role requires strong knowledge of employee benefits, a current Life & Health license, and prior experience with large group clients, Self‑Funded and Level Funded plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of large complex employee benefits experience within an insurance related industry with emphasis on Self‑Funded, Level Funded and Large Group Clients.
• Active Life & Health Insurance license required.
• Professional designations or insurance certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients and internal team members on compliance and regulatory policies to meet industry standard requirements and provide monthly claim reports from carriers to all clients.
• Oversee wellness strategy programs for clients and support promotions by carriers.
• Review open enrollment processes and determine benefits costs for employees.
• Support renewals and communicate insurance information to employees; provide learning resources.
• Assist with escalated client issues and coordinate with claims department as needed.
• Communicate regulatory updates with clients and liaise with policy changes.
• Coordinate census data to complete underwriting questionnaires for carriers.
• Meet brokers to stay updated on industry standards and products for clients and underwriters.
