Acrisure seeks an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a book of business, quotes, and carrier liaison for clients. You will negotiate pricing, advise on coverage, and coordinate renewals while partnering with brokers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in employee benefits, active Life & Health license, and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to impact client outcomes.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 4+ years of large complex employee benefits experience with self-funded, level funded and large group clients.

Mansioni

• Manage a book of business and carrier liaison for assigned clients.
• Negotiate pricing and coverage with clients, brokers, and carriers.
• Provide renewal guidance and coordinate underwriter communications.
• Support enrollment, compliance, and regulatory updates for clients.
• Lead client meetings and communicate changes per regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategic plans and assist with renewals and census reviews.
