Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a book of business, quote policies, and liaise with carriers for assigned clients. The role involves negotiating pricing, interviewing clients, and applying company policies to client circumstances.

The position requires 4+ years in employee benefits, a Life & Health license, and strong Excel and brokerage coordination skills. This is an on-site role with hybrid flexibility and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of large, complex employee benefits experience.
• Experience with Self-funded, Level Funded, and Large Group clients.
• Active Life & Health Insurance license required; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on compliance and regulatory policies; provide monthly carrier claim reports.
• Oversee wellness programs and client incentives offered by carriers.
• Review open enrollment, changes, and renewals; analyze medical costs for benefits planning.
• Support renewals and communications; provide learning resources for brokers and clients.
• Escalate client issues and coordinate with claims.
• Liaise with legal on regulatory changes and client policy updates.
• Request census data to complete underwriting questionnaires and share with clients.
• Meet brokers regularly to stay updated on rates, coverages, and regulations.
• Develop strategic plans and negotiate renewals with clients.
