Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Benefits Account Manager to support a portfolio of employee benefits clients. You will develop coverage strategies, provide strategic advice, and coordinate with carriers to optimize plan terms and costs.

The role emphasizes strong relationship management, regulatory awareness (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), and leadership of junior staff. On-site collaboration and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equitable experience.
• Five+ years’ experience servicing employee benefit clients in the small and large group segment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• L&H license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular meetings to review benefit programs and discuss improvements.
• Provide strategic advice on health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
• Negotiate plan terms, pricing, and services with carriers.
• Oversee implementation of new benefits plans and ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior account managers and coordinate with internal teams.
