Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager II to oversee a benefits book and support clients with day-to-day program oversight. You will collaborate with producers and HUB teams on service, renewal, and benefit administration.

The role requires strong communication, ACA/COBRA/HIPAA knowledge, and the ability to cultivate durable client relationships while coordinating with carriers and partners to deliver optimal health and welfare solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of benefit insurance account management experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Life & Health License

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the account-service process with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Acquire understanding of clients’ business and insurance objectives and analyze plans for suitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
• Update account files and HUB systems; ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; lead implementation of new and renewal plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced staff; supervise Account Managers as needed.
