HUB International is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support Employee Benefits services, ensuring clients receive the service needed to manage their policies.

The role focuses on fostering positive relationships with clients and insurance carriers, handling renewals, census data, RFPs, and enrollment materials, while maintaining organized client files and accurate data across HUB systems.

Qualificações

• High School / GED; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related benefits experience (breakage environment preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within first 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Makes initial request for plan renewals from carriers.
• Gathering/preparing census data.
• Assists with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Assists with Open Enrollment meetings / materials.
• Maintains accurate and organized account files by documenting conversations with clients and carrier representatives; updates HUB systems; ensures data accuracy.
• Assists client with billing issues including auditing and reconciliation.
• Obtain post-enrollment numbers for each plan.
• Prepare Annual Legal Notices.
• Facilitate Ben Admin/HRIS System Updates (Ease, ADP, Paylocity, etc.).
• Set-up HR Advocacy Tool, Legal Compliance Resources and Wellness value adds.
