Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to maintain an established book of business, work directly with clients, and process service requests for quotes, endorsements, and renewals. The role emphasizes accuracy, client service, and collaboration with the Sales team.

The position requires a Life/Health license, 2+ years of experience, and flexibility for up to 20% travel. Hybrid work with three days in-office is offered, along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Life/Health license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other functions.
• Review insurance applications and policies for initial compliance and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide insurance information and support to Sales Executives in written form.
• Screen and process insurance applications.
• Prepare and compile insurance-related documents within established procedures.
• Market existing and new accounts.
• Maintain all records and carrier relationships.
• Assist in meeting office sales goals.
• Some travel may be required (up to 20%).
• Other duties as assigned by management.
