HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to maintain an established book of business, work directly with clients to answer questions, obtain information for quotes, endorsements, or renewals, and process service requests. Qualifications

• Current Life/Health license required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred.
• Hybrid role with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other functions; handle book of business of $400,000+.
• Review insurance applications and policies to ensure initial compliance and underwriting authority and guidelines.
• Provide insurance information and support to Sales Executives in a variety of written forms.
• Screen and process insurance applications.
• Prepare and compile a variety of insurance-related documents within established procedures.
• Market existing and new accounts.
• Maintain all records.
• Maintain positive carrier relationships.
• Assist in meeting office sales goals.
• Some travel may be required (up to 20%).
• Any other duties as appropriate and assigned by management.
