Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of self-insured group health plans and partner with sales and service teams to drive client success. You will develop plan strategies, negotiate with carriers, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in EB account management or similar sales experience, an active health and life license, and on-site presence to support cross-functional collaboration at Acrisure's

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years managing self-insured group health plans.
• Experience with agency management software (Applied Epic or similar).
• Strong organization and initiative in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of group health plans and ensure client needs are met with accuracy.
• Ensure Plan Sponsor compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop action plans to reach client goals and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain and service an assigned book of business.
