Job summary

Exein is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Americas team. You will present and demo our software to customers and partners, guiding them from initial discussions through post-deployment support.

The ideal candidate acts as the chief technologist and trusted advisor, shaping Exein’s technical approach for the customer lifecycle, coordinating with Sales and R&D, and turning requirements into compelling demos and proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Yocto, ESP32 and Zephyr.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Experience developing integration software for embedded systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as chief technologist for customer accounts.
• Lead technical discussions and architecture demonstrations.
• Engage with customers to understand deployment environments.
• Deliver software products meeting customer needs and specs.
• Provide post-deployment support and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D for seamless integration.
• Document features from customer feedback.
• Identify and mitigate technical sales issues.
