Job summary

Obsidian Security, a 100% remote-friendly company with a preference for the Greater US Northeast, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive the technical evaluation stage of the sales process and mentor the team. You will partner with the sales organization to advise on Obsidian solutions, acting as a domain expert on cloud and SaaS security and working closely with product and engineering.

The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, API/integration experience, and excellent presentation

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, especially Cloud and SaaS security concerns.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Obsidian solutions to prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with sales to assess security needs and map solutions to pain points.
• Conduct proof-of-value engagements to win technical validation.
• Provide feedback to product management and engineering from field experience.
