Job summary
Infisical is seeking a Solutions Engineer to grow our customer base and ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success. You will work directly with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams to demonstrate technical value, drive successful implementations, and expand product usage across accounts.
You’ll run proof-of-concept initiatives, guide customers through onboarding, and become a trusted technical advisor to executives and engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps (open source contributions are a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to clearly articulate technical concepts.
- High energy, high ownership mindset, and a willingness to operate in ambiguity.
- Based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide customers through onboarding.
- Ensure new customers are activated and have questions answered.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
- Lead demos and discovery calls with account executives.
- Identify friction points in customer workflows and provide feedback for product roadmap.
- Guide UX/DX roadmap and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions.
- Improve documentation and public facing materials based on customer feedback.
