Job summary

STR in the Greater Boston area seeks a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design, implement, and lead real-time DSP for advanced radar systems. You will work with researchers and engineers on multi-disciplinary teams to deliver deployable software across the signal processing chain.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with TS eligibility and US citizenship.
• 5 years of C/C++ development experience.
• Embedded Linux development experience.
• Experience with radar and electronic warfare concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead development of radar/EW systems through DSP.
• Architect, design, and implement embedded software for multi-function systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and specs.
• Research and lead new embedded software implementations; refine roadmaps.
• Document solutions and communicate results to team and STR management.
