Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable experience or equivalent.
• Active SECRET security clearance with eligibility for TS for which U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with real-time signal processing in C++ (C++17+).
• Radar system design, verification, testing, and data analysis.
• Embedded software experience for radar applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP development for radar/EW systems through DSP implementations.
• Architect and implement embedded software in multi-function, deployable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive system requirements.
• Research and lead new embedded software approaches and roadmaps.
• Document solutions and communicate with the team and management.
• Design and implement signal processing and software solutions.
• Conduct performance analysis via simulations and real-world tests.
• Prepare specs, test plans, and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers.
