Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical/computer engineering or related field with embedded software experience.
• Proven experience in embedded firmware development.
• Strong understanding of RTOS concepts and real-time control.
• Experience with DSP-based control platforms.
• Familiarity with CAN/Ethernet communication protocols.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and release embedded software and firmware for medium-voltage power conversion products.
• Collaborate with systems, controls, hardware, and product teams to translate requirements into firmware specs.
• Design and implement RTOS-based software in C/C++ for DSP/microcontroller platforms.
• Implement state machines, real-time control, diagnostics, communications, and protection features.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and verification activities.
• Debug with JTAG, scopes, logic analyzers; develop unit/integration tests and HIL validation.
