Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Specialist Digital Controls and Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role near Raleigh, NC. You will develop real-time DSP algorithms for high‑power UPS systems and energy storage products, guiding design from concept to production within a global, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 8 years in real-time digital controls and power electronics.
- MS in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years in real-time controls and power electronics.
- PhD in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years in real-time controls and power electronics.
- H1B sponsorship available for eligible US candidates.
Responsibilities
- Launch and support high-power UPS and energy storage products with optimized control systems.
- Develop DSP algorithms for real-time control and validation across simulations and HIL.
- Lead and guide technical project team members and collaborate with global teams.
