Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years in real-time digital controls for power electronics.
• MS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of related industry experience.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years in real-time controls for industrial products.
• Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Launch critical power infrastructure products meeting customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and leadership to technical project teams.
• Collaborate with global product development teams to solve performance issues.
• Develop DSP control algorithms and verify designs via simulations and HIL tests.
• Apply controls theory to achieve target product performance.
