Americaneagle.com is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute email campaigns and automations for clients, in collaboration with Account Managers, Digital Marketing Strategists, Experience Designers, and Channel Specialists.

The role requires 5+ years in email marketing, proficiency with multiple platforms, strong analytics, and knowledge of data privacy laws. US-based salary range is $75,000-$90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Email Marketing experience, B2B or B2C.
• Proficient in multiple email platforms: Hubspot, Klayvio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of segmentation, list management and A/B testing.
• Proficient in Google Analytics tracking and UTMs.
• HTML/CSS knowledge for email design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management for tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automations
• Design and optimize email templates that engage audiences
• Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the ideal audience
• A/B Test and analyze campaign performance with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel efforts
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and data privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
