Navan is seeking a senior email marketing leader to own nurture programs, pipeline‑driven campaigns, and customer adoption initiatives. You will drive multi‑quarter roadmaps for nurture, newsletters, and follow‑ups while partnering with Demand Gen and Sales to connect goals to audiences, messages, and offers.

You will own the Knak email production, oversee templates and QA, and collaborate with Marketing Operations on delivery, targeting, and deliverability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading B2B SaaS email, demand generation, or growth programs with multi‑quarter roadmaps and measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
• Hands‑on Knak experience and fluency in segmentation, automation, tracking, and deliverability to review send setup.
• Strong creative and editorial judgment to improve messaging beyond the brief.
• Strategic and analytical thinking across audience growth, experimentation, database health, and performance against business outcomes.
• Clear cross‑functional influence and ability to align stakeholders, push back constructively, and mentor teammates.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multi‑quarter roadmap for nurture, campaigns, newsletters, and follow‑up journeys with demand gen and Sales alignment.
• Own the email calendar with Marketing Operations; prioritize requests to ensure timely, relevant content for each contact.
• Align campaign owners on priorities and timing; push back on requests that dilute the audience experience.
• Set the creative bar for concepts, copy, and design; guide reviews with performance insights.
• Build, QA, and optimize modular emails in Knak; create templates, workflows, and QA standards.
