• Lead a multi‑quarter roadmap for nurture, campaigns, newsletters, and follow‑up journeys with Demand Gen and Sales alignment.
• Own email calendar with Marketing Operations; ensure timely, relevant content for each contact.
• Collaborate with campaign owners to balance priorities and protect audience experience.
• Set creative standards for concepts, copy, and design; guide reviews and partner briefs.
• Build, QA, and optimize modular emails in Knak; create templates and workflows; ensure deliverability.
