Job summary

Navan is seeking a senior individual-contributor to lead its email demand-generation strategy, spanning nurture, pipeline generation, customer adoption, cross-sell, and upsell from a base in San Francisco.

You will own multi-quarter roadmaps, partner with Demand Gen and Sales to connect goals to audiences and offers, and drive measurable pipeline impact with a strong focus on deliverability and personalization.

Qualifications

5+ years leading B2B SaaS email, demand generation, or growth programs.
Hands-on Knak experience and technical fluency in segmentation, automation, tracking, and deliverability to review send setup and recognize issues.
Strong creative and editorial judgment; able to improve messaging and execution beyond briefs.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-quarter roadmap for nurture, campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up journeys.
Partner with Marketing Operations on the email calendar; manage timing and relevance of content.
Align campaign owners on priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and maintain audience experience quality.
Set the creative bar for concepts, copy, and design; guide reviews toward on-brand emails.
Build, QA, and optimize modular emails in Knak with templates and workflows; ensure correct setup and delivery.
