Job summary

Navan is seeking a senior email/demand-gen leader to own multi-quarter roadmaps for nurture, campaigns, and follow-up journeys. You’ll partner with Demand Gen and Sales to align audiences, messages, offers, and next steps, while owning the email calendar and ensuring relevant content reaches the right contacts.

Applicants should have extensive Knak experience and strong creative judgment, with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue through email programs in a B2B SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading B2B SaaS email, demand generation, or growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-quarter roadmap for nurture, campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up journeys.
• Partner with Marketing Operations on the email calendar; own what goes out and when.
• Align campaign owners on priorities and timing; communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Set the creative bar for concepts, copy, and design; review and coach partners.
