Navan is seeking a senior email marketer to own multi-quarter nurture and demand-gen roadmaps in a dynamic B2B SaaS setting. You’ll drive campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up journeys with collaboration across Demand Gen, Sales, and Marketing Ops.

You’ll build modular emails in Knak, optimize deliverability, and grow a reachable prospect base while aligning content with revenue goals and audience insights.

Competenze

• 5+ years leading B2B SaaS email, demand generation, or growth programs.
• Hands-on Knak experience; Segmentation, automation, tracking, and deliverability.
• Strong creative/editorial judgment; can improve messaging beyond briefs.

Mansioni

• Lead a multi-quarter roadmap for nurture, campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up journeys.
• Partner with Marketing Operations on the email calendar and timing.
• Align campaign owners on priorities and manage tradeoffs for audience quality.
• Set creative standards for concepts, copy, and design; guide reviews with teams.
• Build, QA, and optimize modular emails in Knak with personalization.
• Grow the reachable prospect database with acquisition and segmentation.
• Lead testing across audiences, offers, and cadence to maximize impact.
• Measure conversion, pipeline, and revenue; translate results into strategy.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle and Customer Marketing on adoption and upsell.
