Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair in Orlando, FL to secure and grow service accounts and repair work.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue targets. Responsibilities include visiting customers, preparing repair proposals, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas using tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers to build relationships.
• Develops capital plans addressing building needs for customers.
