Job summary

TK Elevator in Phoenix seeks an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and maintain service accounts and repair work while developing strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue goals.

Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1+ year B2B sales; strong attention to detail and communication; Salesforce experience preferred. Role includes visiting customers, preparing proposals, and coordinating with operations for approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/blueprint drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by leveraging company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers to build relationships and understand needs.
• Develops capital plans for customers addressing building needs.
• Maintains product knowledge through training and manuals, including local codes.
• Prepares repair proposals by estimating labor and costs and reviewing blueprints.
• Prepares service contract bids and coordinates with operations for approvals.
• Responds to questions on quotes and follows up with customers.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals.
