Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator in Allentown, PA, is seeking an experienced Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and manage service accounts and repair work, building strong relationships with customers to meet revenue goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, with strong organizational and presentation skills. Salesforce experience is preferred and knowledge of local elevator codes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by leveraging company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers within the assigned territory to build ongoing relationships.
• Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Maintains knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs and reviewing blueprints.
• Prepares service contract bids and coordinates with operations for inputs and approvals.
• Responds to questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts and follows up with customers.
