Responsibilities

• Manages service accounts across Tier 1–3 customers in the assigned territory.
• Develops capital plans and prepares repair proposals and service contract bids.
• Maintains knowledge of TK Elevator products and local elevator codes.
• Uses CRM and estimating tools to manage the sales pipeline and proposals.
