Job summary

TK Elevator in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service accounts and repair work. You will develop strong relationships with customers and coordinate with operations to meet annual revenue goals.

The role requires 1-2 years of elevator sales or related experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and the ability to read blueprints. You will work with the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline and support contract bids and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts and develops ongoing customer relationships.
• Develops capital plans addressing client building needs.
• Prepares repair proposals and service contract bids; reviews blueprints.
• Monitors contracts and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Uses CRM to manage the sales pipeline and follow up on proposals.
• Collaborates with operations on SOW and change orders.
