Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair in Austin, TX to secure and grow service accounts and repair work while building strong relationships with customers to meet annual revenue goals.

Responsibilities include managing service accounts, developing capital plans, preparing proposals, renewals, and coordinating with operations, sales support and legal to finalize contracts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of elevator sales or industry experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevator industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals for service and repair growth.
• Visit customers to develop relationships and understand needs.
• Develop capital plans for clients’ building needs.
• Prepare repair job proposals using estimating software.
• Manage service contracts and renewals.
• Coordinate with operations, contract admin, sales support and legal for SOWs.
• Use CRM to manage sales pipeline.
• Assist in accounts receivable collection.
