Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related project management and/or construction experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external customers.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects/responsibilities.
• Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-schedule, within-budget project execution meeting all technical and safety standards.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to completion of elevator/escalator installation.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, managers, architects, and authorities about project design and scheduling.
• Collaborate with internal sales, construction superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure project success.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants and contractors, RFIs, and change order opportunities.
• Interpret construction contracts and modifications to determine cost impacts.
• Read and review architectural/structural drawings.
• Analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates.
