Job summary

Otis Elevator Company seeks a New Equipment Project Manager to oversee multiple installation projects in Las Vegas. You will ensure flawless execution on time and within budget, meeting safety standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include contract administration, billing, RFIs, change orders, and coordinating with clients, architects, and regulators to optimize project cash flow and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience required.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-schedule, within-budget project execution and safety compliance.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to completion and review progress.
• Proactively communicate with clients, general contractors, owners and authorities.
• Work with sales, superintendents and leadership to ensure project success.
• Manage billing, payments, RFIs and change orders to optimize cash flow.
• Interpret contract documents and assess cost impacts of changes.
• Analyze situations and assist in developing contingencies for estimates.
