Zusammenfassung

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated New Equipment Project Manager to oversee coordination on a new equipment installation project in Boise. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, safety and regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Relocation assistance is available. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes, including cost management and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
• Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Experience in technical environments utilizing Microsoft-based software is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and time-management skills; goal-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule, within budget, and meeting safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion of installation, and provide progress reviews.
• Proactively communicate with general contractors, owners, building managers, architects and authorities regarding design, prep, and scheduling.
• Work with internal sales, construction, and leadership to ensure project success from financial and customer perspectives.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants and contractors, RFIs, and change-order opportunities to optimize cash flow.
• Interpret construction documents and contract modifications to determine costs; review drawings.
