Job summary

TK Elevator is hiring an Inside Sales Support Representative – Modernization in Atlanta, GA to prepare accurate modernization estimates and proposals using field survey data, equipment information, and pricing guidelines to support Service and Repair Account Managers.

The role creates opportunities in Salesforce/CRM, develops timely estimates, and partners with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and drive revenue growth through compliant quoting processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of elevator sales support or modernization estimating experience.
• Proven ability to work with field sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with elevator modernization, repair sales support, or related technical sales functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain modernization opportunities within Salesforce/CRM.
• Develop modernization estimates using approved products, pricing tools, and standards.
• Review field survey forms for completeness and accuracy and collaborate with Account Managers.
• Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
• Support quote revisions and customer-requested scope changes.
• Maintain organized records of surveys, estimates, and revisions.
