Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in elevator sales support, modernization estimating, repair sales, construction estimating, or related field.
• Proven ability to work with field sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with elevator modernization, repair sales support, service sales, estimating, or related technical sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage modernization opportunities in Salesforce/CRM.
• Develop modernization estimates using approved products, pricing tools, and standards.
• Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
• Support quote revisions and customer-requested scope changes.
• Maintain organized records of surveys, estimates, and revisions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of estimating tools and templates.
