Job summary

Messer Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently execute multiple capital projects, from planning through closeout, safely and on budget. You will lead multi-discipline teams, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and report progress to senior management.

The role requires 5 years of capital project delivery experience in electronics/semiconductor or related fields, travel up to 50%, and a strong safety and quality mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline and 5 years' capital project experience.
• Experience in electronics/semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (100 nights/year).

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal development and project execution of major electronics capital projects.
• Manage all project activities through the project cycle, including schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Qualify vendors and negotiate pricing with Procurement.
• Ensure safety, code compliance and environmental requirements.
• Deliver complete project documentation at project conclusion.
