Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems to lead large-scale ESS projects from initiation through closure. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring deliverables meet design specs.

You will guide project planning, risk mitigation, and communication with executives, while overseeing field verification, commissioning, and closeout to ensure a smooth client handover and successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in commercial construction trades or ESS
• Experience following repeatable processes and improving workflows
• Experience driving waterfall schedules with fixed delivery dates
• Client-facing experience with a professional demeanor
• Knowledge of Agile practices within a waterfall program
• PMP methodologies and best practices familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of physical security systems, coordinating teams and ensuring quality
• Manage schedules, baselines, budgets, risks and client communications
• Oversee commissioning, documentation, site verification and turnover to client
• Develop and manage punch lists, closeout activities and client handover
• Coordinate with site supervisor, GC and end users to align work plans
• Support training sessions with clients and service teams
