Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee large, complex projects from initiation to closure. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

This role emphasizes de-risking, effective communication, and delivering on commitments to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and/or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Experience driving and delivering waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates while monitoring and controlling projects.
• Client-facing role with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and possessing a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of physical security systems by managing implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality and timelines.
• Develop schedules, baselines, and manage risks, with clear communication of impacts to stakeholders.
• Oversee project turnover, training, and handover to service teams and clients.
• Foster strong client relationships and coordinate with site supervisor, general contractor, and end users.
