Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Installation Superintendent - Electronic Security to lead field installations on major projects. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with the project management team, and oversee on-site crews to ensure quality and safety.

You will review BOMs, track hours, mentor technicians, and maintain schedules across multiple sites. Frequent travel to client sites is required, with a focus on achieving project milestones and DIV28 standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related field installation experience.
• Proficient with access control and CCTV systems and related devices.
• Experience with Genetec/Lenel/AMAG or similar systems preferred.
• Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to mentor technicians and lead on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single on-site point of contact for clients and project teams.
• Coordinate with PMs, field superintendents, and engineers to execute plans.
• Review BOMs at job start and ensure material readiness.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure DIV28 quality control standards.
• Lead multiple installers on large, long-duration projects.
• Communicate risks and changes to Regional Supervisor and PM.
