Job summary

Diversified, a leading audiovisual and security solutions provider, seeks a Senior Installation Superintendent – Electronic Security to lead on-site ESS installations across client sites. You will interpret designs, manage schedules, and coordinate multi‑project teams to deliver access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems to specification.

In this role you’ll mentor technicians, ensure safety and quality, track progress, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to keep installations

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with electronic security installation and project support.
• Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, DMP.
• Ability to install ACS, CCTV, intercom and troubleshoot IP cameras.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel, including frequent travel for on-site installs.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary onsite contact for Diversified during installations.
• Lead and coordinate installation across multiple projects, teams, and subcontractors.
• Deliver and oversee installation of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs, and designs to guide delivery.
• Manage project schedules and labour tracking; escalate risks as needed.
• Mentor technicians and manage multiple job sites.
