Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer - Electronic Security to support on-site installations and troubleshooting of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems across diverse environments.

You will lead technical escalations, coordinate service projects, and ensure system readiness through preventive maintenance and detailed documentation. Candidate must be US citizen with ESS certifications and strong client communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing and supporting enterprise-level security systems, including access control and surveillance.
• Industry-recognized certifications in access control or video management systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level networking and IP-based ESS architectures.
• Proficiency with major ESS platforms and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across ESS components.
• Act as technical escalation point for field engineers and technicians.
• Lead small-scale service projects and system upgrades.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain IP-based security systems.
• Maintain accurate service records from issue to resolution.
