Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction trades or ESS.
• PMP certification or CSPM preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of ESS projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversees design reviews, field documentation, and schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Manages project risks, budgets, and margins to ensure profitability.
• Interfaces with clients to manage expectations, communications, and satisfaction.
• Coordinates commissioning, turnover, and client handover with site supervision and contractors.
