Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer – Electronic Security to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex ESS installations onsite. You’ll support service operations by maintaining system performance across client environments and act as a technical escalation for field teams.

You’ll work across access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection, lead small projects, coordinate resources, and ensure system readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing and supporting enterprise-level security systems and networks.
• Industry certifications in access control or video management systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and IP-based ESS architectures.
• Proficiency with ESS platforms and documentation tools.
• Ability to lead and support multi-discipline technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and break/fix repairs across ESS systems.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for field engineers.
• Maintain and optimize ESS performance across client environments.
• Lead small-scale service projects and system upgrades.
