Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to lead large-scale ESS projects through initiation to closeout, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. You will align cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and executives.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction or ESS, strong knowledge of waterfall and Agile elements, travel up to 25%, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Experience driving and delivering waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates while monitoring quality and profitability.
• Client-facing role with professional demeanor and strong communication.
• Understanding of Agile within a waterfall program to balance speed and risk.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of physical security systems by managing implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring timelines and quality.
• Coordinate design reviews and field documentation with project teams.
• Develop schedules, baselines, and communicate impacts to clients.
• Oversee commissioning of security systems and ensure readiness for handover.
• Maintain client relationships and effective stakeholder communications.
• Support site supervisor to drive work plans and project turnover.
